While at the coin show, my son got obsessed with these bottles of gold leaf, so I had to get some:
These were running $10 but I am sure the purity and weight is not close to get to that amount of gold. However, it does look cool and my son was reminding me that I have never found that much gold when I go out gold prospecting - why don’t I just buy this instead? Lol.
Good stuff. Not sure of the market for bottles of gold leaf, but this investment may be tougher to recoup.

It's funny how children just say what's on their mind. I'm sure your son didn't mean anything bad, and just said it matter of factly, but I felt like it would sting a bit. The gold leaves look nice though.

I blew my chance to buy some large Nuggets in Downieville, located along the North Fork of the Yuba River, in California... I did buy a small Gold Nugget, but I could have done so much better...
A silver bullion version that is more like a crystalline form than Leaf from @pit-bullion. It's cool but not a practical form of precious metals stacking.
The fruit does not fall far from the tree!
