I think it depends on your goals in life. For example, if I have 10 percent in silver and 20 percent in gold as a percentage of my networth and were in an inflationary climate then thats enough.
If I think we are in a lower inflationary climate then may 10 persent.
But here is the but I might buy gold and silver as an asset pertection strategy and then I may buy more for that reason if I fear my government or other enemies trying to size them so it depends and for most people its going to be a personal decion
jhonny, I love the rationale! What about in a climate where the asset was considered highly undervalued? Would you go above 20% with the thought that the price may go up? Or that the dollar may go down?
