Frozen shrimps are washed in a colander under running water, cold or warm. During this process, they must thaw and be cleaned of contamination from storage. We put a pan of water on the fire. If you bought them fresh-frozen, cook for 7-10 minutes, if the shrimp before the freezing were already cooked accordingly the cooking time will be 3-5 minutes. The duration of cooking also depends on the size of the crustaceans. As a matter of fact meat of shrimp is a protein and it should be welded for the same time as a protein of a chicken egg. <p dir="auto">For people who prefer more diverse shades of flavors, I recommend the following set of spices: <pre><code>laurel leaf 1 of medium size sweet pepper peas 1-2 pcs. black pepper peas 4 pcs. 1-2 tablespoons of tomato paste or 1 teaspoon of chopped paprika 4-5 stuffed cloves <p dir="auto">Add the unpurified garlic head, washed and divided into 4 parts, also cut into 4 parts half a lemon. When preparing the spice broth, we throw before boiling, and after boiling the shrimp. Cook for 2-5 minutes. When the shell of the shrimp becomes slightly transparent, and the shrimp itself has surfaced, you can consider them ready. But do not overcook. Meat can become "rubber". If you cooked squid, the same thing happens to them. <p dir="auto">Ready-made shrimp should be thrown in a colander. When the water drains, put it into a deep cup, squeeze out the juice from a half of lemon, add one tablespoon of olive or other vegetable oil. Gently and carefully mix, lay out on a plate and serve it to the table. If you serve unpeeled shrimp at the table, place a deep cup on the table with water diluted with a small amount of lemon juice. Since the shrimps are cleaned by hand, they will have to be rinsed. Lemon juice degreases and eliminates odor.
