Michelangelo's sculptures do not require presentation for most people. His masterpieces are familiar to all of us, such as David, Day, Night, Dawn, Twilight, Piety, Madonna with the child, etc.

One of the most important sculptures is Moses, who finished more than four hundred years ago and that many consider his best work.
If you look closely at the marble figure of Moses, you may notice a long, thin mark on the character's knee. It is the brand left by an artist who was never satisfied with his own work.
It is said that when Michelangelo finished the sculpture he gave a desperate cry: Why don't you speak? He hoped to make the cold marble come alive! Angry at what he thought was a mistake, the artist hit the knee of his masterpiece with the chisel.
Those who conform to what is achieved tend to remain insignificant as the things they do. The true giants, in any field, are those who never feel satisfied that they have done enough or have achieved the best. It is the force that drives them and that is behind their greatness.
Success seems to be related to the action. The winners remain in action. They are wrong, but they don't give up.
