MY PLEASURE IS IN GOD ALL THE TIME, IN THE MORNING, IN THE AFTERNOON AND IN THE NIGHT.

I am sure, dear brothers, that in the devotional life that each of you leads, you manifest great pleasure in the presence of God at all times.

The psalmist David expresses it this way:

Delight yourself also in Jehovah, and he will grant you the requests of your heart. Trust your way to Jehovah and trust Him; and he will (Psalm 37: 5).

Delighting in God is wanting his presence. You can delight at any time of the day. Especially, when noon arrives, where you want to rest and throw yourself at the foot of a very leafy tree, nothing better than doing it, at the feet of the Lord. He will take your exhaustion and increase new forces, eliminate the weakening of your body and strengthen you with the power of his strength.

David spent time in God's presence, either early in the morning, at noon and in the afternoon, David was meditating at the feet of the Lord, asking to be full of strength, love, joy and peace.

The mentioned Psalm says that "The Lord will grant the requests of your heart." Come to the feet of Christ in the hours that require the greatest rest, at noon and there the Lord will grant you what your heart requires. With all confidence you can approach the throne of grace and the Lord will make the desire of your heart.

When you get up from the presence of the Lord, you will notice that there will be new forces on your whole body and your being, and when you restart the activities of your work, you will notice that there is no exhaustion, but strength and joy to continue the work.

Delighting in the Lord will help you constantly be protected by the Lord and trust that it will help you overcome any adverse circumstances that occur during the day's development.

Declares with all certainty and power that:

My help comes from the Lord who made heaven and earth, and my foot will not yield to the slide, nor does the God who keeps me sleep (Psalm 121: 2-3).

Declare in your heart at noon that you are in total blessing by the power of the glorious hand of God and that you will never fail because you are a conqueror in Christ Jesus.

Sort:

In God my soul will glory, the meek will hear it and be glad, magnify Jehovah with me and let us exalt his name.
