Hello friends of #hive and #swc, today I did a workout at home in the morning, at approximately 7:00 am to 8:00 am, it was just a front mild training and posture improvement, after of the Hive Cup, I decided to work on all of them and address one of my weak points to be more complete and have even more strength in future competitions, here I worked a little on posture and the front lever with one arm, a trick that I pulled out by forcing and I did it in the hive cup, but I haven't finished polishing it yet, I will continue working hard on those weaknesses, blessings to all.

In my indoor garden, I have three different types of plants. They are money plants, Heart of Jesus plants, and purple heart plants.

I stubbornly walked pass the park and went further to take a vehicle popular known as challenge the owners of this kind of vehicles are private car owners transporters who pay the required amount of money for them to move passengers on the road these monies include buying of tickets at various local governments just to mention.

The second stanza in the song emphasize that God is the creator of everything in the universe including people places and everything that exist in the universe. Any time I sing this song it reminds me of Genesis chapter one verses one which explain the creation story, how God created heaven and earth and everything in the world because the world without form.

Hello to all my Hive and SWC friends! I'm Wilfrer Astudillo, better known in this wonderful community as @wilfrer-sw. Today I want to take this space to share with you some pictures of my push training that I did at home. Today was a day off for me and since I had nothing to do at home, I decided it was the perfect time to dedicate myself to training for a while. I focused on pushing exercises, which are my favorite, and mainly centered around push-ups.

One of the advantages of my job is that we often get to go out and do street photography with our clients, discovering spectacular locations within our city.
