Hello everyone!

This is the Lovesniper Retention curation initiative aiming to retain those quality content creators after making their introduction posts. It was observed that after newbies made their introduction posts, their succeeding posts are often ignored. This initiative will hopefully encourage the newbies to continue posting quality content and interact with anyone in the community. As compilation posts are also done, this will highlight the newbies and will give the community an idea which newbie to look out for.


OCD's Lovesniper team will follow everyone who made an introduction post and @lovesniper's feed will be the place to scour those quality content from new authors. Curators will check all the posts in the feed to find under-rewarded posts and recommend them for curation.

I had the joy of going with my grandparents to the beach, it was wonderful for me because my grandfather was the one who took me to the beach as a child and to be the one to invite him this time was very special, to see how he played with the children as he did with me while he filled himself with sand made me nostalgic and it felt very good.

Entrenamiento Mañanero del día de hoy

Hello friends of #hive and users of #3speak, I want to share with you what my training was like. Today's morning, I woke up around 6:00 to 6:30 am to prepare a coffee with salt, which is a very effective pre-workout to give energy for training and physical activity in general, I left my house at 7:00 am to some bars that are right on the Turmero - Maracay intercommunal avenue and proceeded to walk towards those bars; I arrived and started my usual warm-up before each workout. I first started with some tension combos like the front lever, parallel victory, back lever + press. After finishing the tension combos I make progressions of the static that I am working on in this case it was the front lever so I did half of the front lever, tucked advance front lever with supine grip, tucked front lever with pull-ups and finally Australian pull-ups with a prone grip. After I finished my routine I went back to my house to have breakfast and take a bath and rest. I hope you liked my post.

The other day I was really hungry but I didn't want to eat the same thing I eat almost every day, so I started looking for the ingredients I had available to make something different. As night fell, I noticed that my motorcycle was parked in a very curious place, right on the grass where the lighting of the street lamps was perfect. So I took the opportunity with my friends to take some pictures. It is worth mentioning that this is my first vehicle, which was given to me as a reward for the effort I have dedicated these last 3 years in my work. This was wonderful for me, since, as you know, I study a little far away and I would never have imagined that this year I would have the privilege of having it with me to take these shots.

Hiking day in El Ojito de Agua, Ariguanabo River (ENG-SPA)

One night, in a park in Bauta, talking with friends about many things, this summer idea came up: to go to some natural place, where we could breathe pure health. Among so many proposals was El Ojito de Agua. Part of the Ariguanabo River in San Antonio de los Baños, Cuba, far from the city, these springs spring forth. Therefore, these three musketeers left early looking for an adventure.

What's up my HIVE people! I'm your dear host @lijou-cv and here's a report of my night training. Leaving work late again, I decided to train out of my routine and to retake old combos and show some new stuff and some of my classic finger prowess. Although I had a pounding headache and was tolerating a cut on my left heel perpetrated by an infamous goatee that for the second time in the history of my life has wounded me so badly that it pierced the hard skin layer of my left heel, but none of that compares to the thought, the thought and I stress that I could not tolerate the unbearable fact that I did not train on a training day. So I prepared my thumbs with the thought of being so light to stand up on them and so firm to support my entire bone and muscle structure, to demonstrate the feats my fingers can achieve, although if I recorded today I show you the image capture of one of my static ones that I still hold, and will surely master. I'm trying to be more complete in my calisthenics skills, although lately I don't have time for dynamic training, anywhere I can train static, and I'm taking advantage of it as much as I can, mainly I've concentrated more on recovering my planks, but I'm seeing more fruits in the static pull ups than the static push ups and little by little I'm recovering from my wear and tear and my injuries, I have less and less pain when training and I'm recovering more and more capacity to execute my old workouts.
