BIHUN JAGUNG NYEMEK

Bahan:

  • 150 gram Bihun jagung rendam di air panas, angkat, tiriskan
  • 1 dada ayam goreng potong dadu/ boleh ayam rebus
  • 2 buah wortel potong dadu
  • 1 buah tomat potong dadu
  • 2 sdm tomat halus/ saus tomat
  • 3 butir telur ayam / sesuai selera
  • 3 bawang putih cincang halus
  • 1 sdm kecap ikan
  • 1 sdm minyak wijen
  • 1/2 sdt merica
  • garam sesuai selera
  • gula sejumput
  • kaldu bubuk non msg
  • 2 batang daun bawang potong
  • minyak untuk menumis
  • air sesuai selera

Cara membuat:

  1. Tumis bawang putih dan ayam sampai wangi. Lalu masukkan wortel dan tumis sampai setengah matang. Lalu tambahkan air.
    2 Beri bumbu garam, gula, kecap ikan, minyak wijen, kaldu bubuk, merica dan tomat halus. Biarkan sampai mendidih dan masukkan tomat beserta bihun dan daun bawang, aduk rata hingga bumbu merasuk.
  2. pecahkan telur satu-satu diatas mangkok dan tuang diatas bihun (agar telur utuh). Tutup panci sebentar hingga kematangan telur yang diinginkan. Angkat.
  3. Sajikan dengan bubuk cabai / sambal sesuai selera.
