Made from black sticky rice, this one is soft-textured and will look like a brown sponge because of the color produced from the sticky sponge.
Ingredients :
6 eggs
200 grams of sugar
1 tsp cake emulsifier
250 black sticky rice flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla powder
1/4 of salt
200 grams of butter
4 pieces of cheese sheet
Ways of making :
Shake with mixer: Egg, granulated sugar and gradual emulsifier cake.
Add the mixture of black sticky rice flour, baking powder, vanilla powder and salt that has been sifted and stir back with spatula, just flat.
Pour the melted butter, stir back and make sure there are no liquid deposits in the dough below.
For the dough into 2 parts, pour the first part of the dough in a baking sheet that has been smeared with margarine and baked bread paper.
Steam the first part for about 10 minutes.
Then give the cheese sheets and pour the remaining dough steam again for approximately 30 minutes until cooked.
Black glutinous steamed braids are ready to serve.
