The underlying problem for me is I procrastinate a lot. I am well aware time is not limitless for me, yet I waste away it as if it was here forever. Probably was spoiled when I was a kid and being raised by my parents to take it easy.
There is nothing worse than to stress out because I do not have enough time to complete the task. It makes everything I do worse when I am stress. Thanks for making some recommendations to coping with stress.
Yeah, procrastination can be a real pain sometimes. It's self-inflicting, really, and a bad habit too.
