Last few weeks i thought about what i will do in the future, how i will build wealth and get mor out of my earned money, 9-5 job.
The idea of owning property and get after a time of paying debt, a free cashflow is really interesting for me. I do not own so much cash to buy the rental property i need to investigate at my local bank.
But my recent idea was to look for som foreclosures to get a bargain. Now i am looking for some interesting offers to make my shot.
Next problem then would be that i have no knowledge about houses and things you need to watch out. What can be a problem and how can we fix it. This needs to be talked about it the next post.
