Probably not in Nigerian churches, it's not a new story that the federal government of Nigeria in collaboration with the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) ban the usage of any cryptocurrency in Nigeria. Cryptocurrencies was adopted as a legal tender in El-salvador in October 2021 and as well have made serious impact on their economy. What'll be the hope of Nigeria now that the CBN has launched the eNaira and has made a name of being the first African country to launch a digital currency.

There's Hope for Cryptocurrencies in New York
The election of Eric Adams as the Major-elect of the New York City, has brought hope to the Crypto World.
According to Eric Adams:

New York Mayor-elect Eric Adams said schools should teach about cryptocurrency and its technology, as he vows to build a crypto-friendly city when he takes office in January.

When I talked about blockchain and Bitcoins, young people on street stopped and asked me, ‘What is that?’” Adams said on CNN’s “State of the Union” on Sunday. Asked if he could explain Bitcoin, he laughed, saying that’s a challenge even for experts.
Asked if he would encourage New York City businesses to accept Bitcoin or other cryptocurrency, the 61-year-old Democrat said, “We are going to look at it, and we are going to tread carefully. We are going to get it right.”
The mayor-elect said this week that he’ll take his first three paychecks in Bitcoin and that the city must build a pipeline of talent for crypto-related jobs. To wager a “friendly competition” with Miami, which has become one of the U.S. hubs for crypto jobs, Adams said in a Wednesday interview on Bloomberg Radio that he would also explore setting up a NYC crypto coin similar to “MiamiCoin.”

This is a welcome development to the investors in the crypto world. Once this is achieved in New York City and spreads all over the United States, it'll unconsciously spread to other parts of the world. Teaching crypto in schools will be one of the most outstanding achievements his administration will make that'll transform the world for better. Although this has nothing to do with the Nigerian government, who are constantly watching out for those in possession of cryptocurrencies to arrest and prosecute.

Opening Other Aspects of the Economy
Creating crypto jobs in New York City will also open other areas up for employment. For instance most persons will leave their jobs to concentrate on developing and marketing cryptocurrencies. The jobs they left will be occupied by some other person, thus, reducing the rate of unemployment in the United States.

Cryptocurrencies in the Market and Churches
Once cryptocurrencies are accepted as an official currency in New York City and it starts flooding the shops and markets, most Churches will introduce it to their congregations. In recent times, offerings and tithes are sent to the church account. This means that if cryptocurrencies are officially accepted, a wallet will be opened for church members to pay their tithes. Just imagine a member paying tithes in Bitcoin. What a glorious church that'll be.

It's Time to Increase my Crypto Wallet
There are somany things that'll happen in the Crypto World in the next few months. We saw the rate at which the bitcoin skyrocketed in October and has not come down since then. This means that something good is still ahead for bitcoin and other cryptocurrency holders. Although in increasing the amount of cryptocurrencies in ones wallet one needs to be careful. This is because the crypto market is not a stable one. The fear of not investing is more dangerous than the regrets that comes when you see others enjoying the benefits accrued from crypto Investments.

Finally, the world is coming to a point when digital currencies will become the order of the day. It's very wise if one takes his or her time to learn the probs and cons of cryptocurrencies in order to benefit when the time comes.
