Good morning guys, this is @bait002 the founder of the offline minnow school where minnows are mentored and groomed. In this post I will be talking about our latest intentions.

Most would be wondering what we have been able to achieve with the donation we had from that @anonymous.donor. The answer is, nothing much. The fund was meant for supporting the Phase 2 of our project which basically entails, helping young talented individuals attain a level of professionalism while leveraging on Steem backed earnings. The first of Phase 2 will be;

A tour to the studio

to record his own original song by a new steemian (@renald) but also a talented musician.

The update of this move will be given on our official handle @theminnowschool. The reason why we haven't blogged from that handle is because we intent to keep using @bait002 until my official handle becomes a dolphin.

What to expect once we launch

More art and fun stuffs will be coming from the several minnows across the world. We'll also be introducing all manner of contests from that handle and so on. We will also be giving statistics of power-ups by minnows. Yes, minnows! Through the 3 STEEM per newbie campaign. Also our offline campaigns will be kicking off once again.

My team has been busy putting things together in the background for promo-steem. This has taken most of us off the grid and super busy for quite some time now.

It's been a long way since we began and I am am also appreciating all those who have contributed to this vision this far especially @ejemai, @starkerz, @anarcotech and @lukestokes. I'm am Bait and I am bringing words from the offline minnow school.

For those who seek to know what this project is all about, you can read that below;

PHASE 1:

At this stage we teach some minnows a,t our offline classroom to help attain self-sustenance. These minnows will then work with us as a team, reproducing other minnows. Currently, we have just wrapped up with Phase 1. And Phase 2 which is more demanding kicked off already.

PHASE 2:

This basically is the core of the vision is to raise steem-backed entrepreneurs of young people. The method through which we execute the absolute idea goes as follows;

SKILL ACQUISITION PROJECTS: where various skills will be taught to foster the emergence of new entrepreneurs that thrive on voluntarism.
THE MINNOW SCHOOL TALENT HUNT: we greatly hope to give minnows who are not really writers but have other gifts such as singing, painting, dancing, acting a platform to express themselves and get their creativity beyond their minds. Basically, we are giving these young people a voice and ultimately awaken the writer in them.
THE MINNOW SCHOOL ART/MUSIC EXHIBITIONS: here talented young people will get to showcase their talents and the value they have to offer to the community. We will be sponsoring art projects and professional music careers will emerge with this.
