There's always something to learn. But I wouldn't do this because you can get dirt on your sensor.
Yeah that's true, there probably will be clever tilt-shift adapters to use on my mirrorless camera. Would not want to toy around with getting a dirty sensor indeed!

Looks like it was shot ‘wide open’ with a relatively ‘fast’ lens, meaning — likely with an aperture 2.8 or wider. The lens itself doesn’t have to be wide. In fact, a long, fast lens will produce the most delicious bokeh when wide open. For example — an 85mmf1.2L or 135mmf2.0L. Good bokeh is also achievable with shorter focal lengths — you just have to use the widest possible aperture.
Looking again on my laptop rather than iPhone, I do see a bit of a halo around her form, which may very well indicate some sort of post-production, bokeh boost of some kind. So curious!

This is vintage video lens D.O.Industries Navitron 50mm f/0.95 on fully open aperture. Yes, the glass itself creates pretty a lot of halos and aberrations, but this bokeh damn worths it :)
True, that probably would have been the fastest way. Talking about the fastest things. That sure is a fast lens mate! I love old lenses myself! (see my cover photo to see about 30 of the 200 I own) but i have not yet came across a lens that valuable!
