Last Friday, March 27th took place in Caracas, Venezuela the first meeting directed to young entrepreneurs who expressed their interest on PIVX crypto. The meeting was organized by the PIVXcenter Team and was dictated by @seismicsoft and @javieralexvr; both active participants in the PIVX community.
For the meetup titled: “PIVX Venezuela, the first LATAM PIVX meetup in Caracas", attended around 16 people with the sole objective of increasing their knowledge or getting to know the purple technology and how it works; among the attendants were different associations and young people from all Venezuela. The attendants shared their vision regarding technological development and blockchain experiences, seeking new alliances to connect with, and sharing a large amount of information amongst the different business networks.
Within the meetup’s program, there were explained all the benefits of the PIVX cryptocurrency, the POS protocol and the masternodes. There was also compared the functionality of PIVX against bitcoin and the different online businesses who are staring to use PIVX as a payment method.
After the meeting many questions arose mainly regarding how to participate and to be actively involved in the community, how to invest in PIVX and when the next meetups would be held. All the answers were answered by Javier, our ambassador in Venezuela, who is organizing similar meetings in the upcoming months.
In summary, we had a pretty nice purple afternoon full of good vibes and new experiences.
