Die Schulter ist ein komplexes System welches beweglich, doch bei Bedarf auch stabil sein muss. Zusammen mit der Rumpf und Hüftmuskulatur ist die Aufgabe der Schultern deinen Oberkörper in seiner neutralen Wirbelsäulen-Position halten zu können, vor allem, während Kräfte auf ihn einwirken. Im Vorfeld verbessern wir deine Fähigkeit die Schulterblätter im vollen Umfang bewegen zu können. Anschließend trainieren wir das isolierte Ansteuern der Schultermuskulatur.

Genauso wie bei den anderen essentiellen Funktionssäulen Fuß, Hüfte und Core, gehört eine saubere Basisansteuerung der Schultern zur Grundvoraussetzung, damit komplexere Bewegungsmuster wie der Pushup korrekt trainiert werden können.

the shoulder is a very complex system which supposes to be very agile but also stable. Together with the Core and Hip muscles, its responsibility is, to keep your upper body in its neutral shape as it gets hit by any force. So whenever you lift something, whenever you bend your upper body, whenever you push or pull at something, forces are trying to get your upper body off its neutral shape. The whole idea of the functional concept of the human body is not to lose the natural double s form of the spine, even more, when it gets hit by forces.
That is why we keep training your ability to isolated move and control your should blades. It's the foundation for further movements such as Push up ore bench-pressing.
