Weeding in Nepal.(Land of Mount Everest)

Hello, to all Steemians. A warm greetings from Nischal Dhakal(Gorkhali kanchha).
Nepal Land of mount Everest where we can find many tradition and culture. Today I like to talk about weeding ceremony of my brother. Style of weeding is also different from one community to another community. In Nepal weeding is divided into love marriage and arrange marriage now a days most of couple do love marriage unlike people and parents give more focus in arrange marriage. Divorce rate is very low in Nepal approximately below 5%.
In my brother marriage groom side organize engagement program and party in renowned hotel (Hotel globle Bharatpur ,chitwan)

This hotel is famous for marriage party as well as birthday party. We do many cultural program like dancing, singing and saying jokes e.t.c. In engagement both parents from girl’s side and boy’s side discuss together and fixed marriage date. In marriage frequently man wears coat pants whereas women wear saree. Similarly groom also makes herself gorgeous by wearing red color saree. In weeding day men went groom house with bride

If the marriage is in night we stay groom house or hotel all the fooding accommodation and lodging were manage by girls side. Boys side will organize weeding party where he invites relatives, friends and neighbor.
