Hi!
Today I finally made my first Steemit milestone and reached a magic amount of 100 followers! Thank you very much for your appreciation and I'm looking forward to share more of my work with you :) In fact when few weeks ago @gtg told me about Steem I wasn't convinced but since I saw how much my posts are appreciated and the cryptocurrency may become real, I really believed in its potential. Soon I'm going to fund one of my aerial photo sessions with Steem Dollars to show it to others. It's a fact !!!
By the chance I spent some time sightseeing on Steemit and checking creations of other Steemians. Then I spent some time reading about spammers and other guys trying to get free money by cheating etc. I found out it's sometimes difficult to find a valuable content from artists here and really well prepared stuff. Then I found some Facebook groups for Steemians, which are mostly all about the same - upvote, upvote, upvote. Oh, I almost forgot about all the users commenting only 'wow' and 'cool stuff'. I wonder how many of them will comment like this under my post, without even reading it ;)
That's why I came up with an idea to create a new Facebook group dedicated for all kind of visual artists on Steemit, who use the portal with consciousness. You can find it under the link: https://www.facebook.com/groups/2016725948563341/. Of course it's created to promote each other's stuff on Steem, but I would like to make a selection of artists to differ us from spammers, so you will know it's worth to upvote someone's post and it's not a random person.
So I invite all kind of photographers, filmmakers, painters, and other visual artists to join the group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/2016725948563341/ and I hope it will help us all to develop our careers. Feel free to join, to ask questions, and to share your valuable and pro content. I believe that quality is more important on Steemit than quantity, also when it comes to such group so even if there won't be so many of us at the beginning, it's going to mean more than if we had a lot of spammers within.

I'm a artist and tend to do animation style drawings. I'm new to Steemit but don't care for Facebook or I would come join the group.
