Varsity holiday is over for Maties (Stellenbosch). After having a month and a half to get to know my camera while traveling around (Namibia, Western Cape), i got a few pics im not to shy to show. If anyone got any advice for me about taking better photo's, i'm happy to listen (or read). Here goes:
a relatively tame Goshawk (Location: Rietpoel)
a Ghost town which used to be a diamond mine town (Location: Luderitz)
One of the farm workers's kids, named Thembi (Location: Tsumeb)
the Cars we did our road trip in through Namibia (Location: middle of nowhere)
Elephant covered in mud (Location: Etosha game park)
I was just playing with the effects of fire (Location: Rietpoel)
My friends grandpa showing of his bug collection (Location: Tsumeb)
Baby Zebra (Location: Etosha)
Lilac Roller (Location: Etosha)
Sunset in the middle of nowhere (Location: close to Solitaire)
Beetles from the bug collection (Location: Tsumeb)
Catching stars for the first time on a photo, yeah!! (Location: Riviersonderend)
Family of Giraffe's with babies (Location: Etosha)
Elephants playing in muddy water (Location: Etosha)
The semi-tamed goshawk landing on his owner's glove (Location: Rietpoel)
These are awesome photos, @kiekie. And well taken.
Meanwhile, i would like to recommend that when posting such quality photos, it would be more engaging if you added more descriptions. Even this way, they are really nice, but i can only imagine if you elaborated a little more on your trip, and gave some detailed talk on the different photos. But anyway, this is just my opinion, i hope it helps.
Otherwise, this is an original piece of photo work. So I am going to feature this post in the next Xposed Curator's Rebound #38. You may find details about it Xposed Curator's Rebound
My hope is to bring your quality work here the exposure it deserves, and with it, hopefully some additional rewards.
Best wishes, @mirrors
thank you for your advice and exposure
Really awesome shots, @kiekie, looks like this trip was mind blowing!
