Tuesday is made for sharing treasures. This is a tiny little gift π for everyone, but especially those, who are lactose and gluten-intolerant π«.
The list of ingredients is short, but the nutritional value, vitamins and health benefits they have is incredibly surprising.
Low-fat coconut milkπ₯₯ (vitamin C, copper), pumpkin (vitamins A, C, iron, zink), cinnamon (antioxidant), honey (antioxidant, anti-inflammation) or stevia (natural sweetener that is, depending on the kind, is 40 - 300 times sweeter than sugar!), apples π (antioxidant), chia seeds (fibres, fibres, fibres! Almost all carbohydrates in chia seeds are fibres!)
What do you think, maybe we could call this remedy and not dessert?
Everything is very simple: cut apples and pumpkin, sprinkle cinnamon on top and bake them in the oven until soft. Use a blender to blend everything until smooth, add honey (or stevia), pour chia seeds (when it is hot - seeds tend to absorb liquid faster). For the best results, leave this beauty πΈ in the fridge overnight (if you do not live alone, just hide it, because you might not find it in the morning). If you want to keep it fresh longer, pour coconut milk only to the amount you will be able to consume the same day.
If you want to go an extra mile, I highly recommend it with frozen banana πice cream with peanut butter π₯!
Have a sunny, pumpkin-coloured day π!

The most delicious thing ever!
