Choices☺

Breakfast.

The morning after the night's stay is the one I always look forward to when I stay in a hotel. I have had my fair share of breakfast in different hotels and there is nothing that beats waking up to a good selection of breakfast and good ambiance to pair it with.

They open up all the 3 restaurants (in which they call shophouses instead of restaurants) into one big breakfast area. Guests can choose which section they can go to but if free to roam around and get their fill of what they want to eat.

They serve pastries, smoked salmon, pancakes, berries, cereals, eggs, noodles, dumplings, and so much more! A wide variety and staying true to the Kampong Glam concept.

The ambiance is also another good part of the breakfast here. The perks of having full height windows all throughout are having most of the all-day dining sunlit and being enveloped in this beautiful glow. The delicious food coupled with the ethereal vibe of the place makes it extra enticing.

Drinks.

There are 2 bars in Andaz. One is at the lobby called Bar Square and the other at the rooftop called Mr. Stork. Both of them offers a good selection of alcoholic drinks with amazing city views as the icing on the cake!

Bar Square is situated beside the lobby lounge which offers daily happy hours from 5pm to 9pm. As one of the bartender says, this is the place people go straight to after work because of the accessibility, price, and view after work.

The space is just a small stretch however, it boasts of the breathtaking view even in any given seat.

In contrast to the posh Bar Square at the lobby, Mr. Stork, which is situated on the rooftop, is very relaxed but with a twist! Situated on the right half of the bar are Teepee tents where guests could lean back, curl up and relax while sipping on their favorite beverage.

Although I feel they could still improve the bar more with better furniture (some are a bit too low and shrubs block the view instead) and lighting I cannot deny the spectacular 360 view of the city below!

Overall, the hotel is very beautiful and promising and they deserve every recognition they can get. And I hope people will have the same sentiments I have for this hotel.♥
