Traditional drying of arabica coffee beans
Hello Friends Stemian all, You Must be a coffee addict, I'm doing the drying process of Arabica coffee beans in the traditional way, this Coffee Beans is dried with the help of the sun, and I photographed it on the way to high Gayo, Central Aceh.
Here are some photos I took when a farmer dried a traditional dried Arabica coffee bean with sunshine in the Rendelong neighborhood.
To dry the coffee traditionally this takes time with three if the sun is hot but if the weather conditions cloudy coffee farmers are very difficult to dry their coffee beans because the drying by manual is still hiding today by coffee farmers Arabica gayo.
At this time of this kind of drying process, farmers also take advantage of their time to sort the beans, and after dry-picked coffee beans, the majority of their coffee beans are sold to collectors at the correct price in the market.
But there are also farmers who go into the form of packaging for sale to coffee shop entrepreneurs and meet the needs of export coffee to foreign countries that they must meet on a monthly basis in accordance with the contracts that they do.
Arabica coffee in Gayo highlands, Central Aceh is one of the famous coffee in Indonesia even in the world, besides giving the aroma of typical coffee, Arabica also promise the taste that makes us addicted.
