On one hand, the time it takes me to get to the office hasn't really changed. There are spots in EDSA where the traffic flow vastly improved due to less cars.
On the other hand, I've been seeing people on my feed complain about their 30 minute drive in C5 road change to an hour and a half. Is the net effect of this plan really a positive overall, I wonder?
And the new rules and implementation has led to more viral videos on Facebook and Twitter about abusive drivers and officials. Here's hoping the social media exposure leads to people becoming more calm and tolerant on the road.
