Hey very useful post it got me thinking about business side of farming. We are having trouble with sales. This season we planted more flowers than veges, cause of the higher price on the market, but it didn't went so good as well. We have two gardens - one is for our needs where we grow plants and vegetables for ourselves, and the other one we cultivate for sale depending on the need of local restaurant and the market, but seem to be missing something.
