This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

Hello Hive users! I'm Maju, also known on my social media as Majumoon. I am a content creator on various platforms and I focus mainly on video games. Reviews, recommendations, and quality content are my distinctive mark.

I have been creating content for over a year, I consider that I am taking my first steps in the world of social media and digital marketing. I enjoy creating content about video games and recommending free games to my followers so they always have a good entertainment option on their consoles, mobiles, or PC.

Hi, Hivers! My name is Lee and I am currently 22 years of age turning 23 this coming October. I am a graduating student taking up a Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management major in Sustainable Tourism Management in the extension branch of Cebu Normal University in Medellin. I love doing kind things and helping people and animals.

In my parents' children, they have 3 sons and 1 daughter, and that's me, the youngest. Being the only daughter in our family is really hard, especially with my older brothers, who have a significant age gap. My parents are very strict when it comes to going out with my friends. Sometimes, as a hard-headed girl, I sneak out when my friends have plans. Then, I ask for their permission once I have returned home and our outing is over (HAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHA).

My real name is Christine Mhae, but you can call me "Mikay". I am talkative, positive, goal-driven, witty, fun, friendly, and an optimistic girlie! I love socializing and meeting different types of people. I love making friends in any place. I love to listen to how they grow as individuals and what are there changeless principles in life. I'm also vocal and straightforward; I don't like beating around the bush. I don't tolerate wrongdoing. However, having this kind of character, I received a lot of hate and misconceptions about myself.

Being a student and working at the same time is tough, but I've managed to handle both. I'm in my fourth year studying Business Administration with a focus on marketing at Cebu Technological University. I started working right after my first semester in college. Choosing this degree seemed exciting because it opens up a lot of opportunities in the business world. Marketing is a big deal in any company. It's all about selling stuff, making the brand look good, and keeping customers happy. The field keeps changing with new technology and how people buy things. Studying marketing lets me explore different jobs like figuring out what customers want, creating ads, or working on social media. I've always wanted to begin operating my own business. With this degree, I hope to have a fascinating career where I can apply the knowledge I've gained to contribute to the growth of my future businesses.

It is common in the family that the youngest is the luckiest because you got the attention of the parents and the rest of the family members. When it also comes to resources, the youngest got it all. However, that is not what happened to me. At an early age, I see how hard life is. My father died when I was two years old. I don’t even remember his face and the memories with him. My mother raised us alone. She is a farmer and a vegetable vendor.

Hello everyone! I'm hoping you've been doing well. I'm so delighted to let you know about the long road ahead of me. The lessons I've learned have shaped me into who I am today as I face my life's challenges. I would like to share my experience, and be courageous whatever the difficulty. I'm inviting you to be part of this journey with me, and let the courage and passion fill your path. Together, let's go on this adventure!

I've loved taking pictures for as long as I can remember, even if they're not always perfect. I prefer working alone and usually only go out when necessary, but I do enjoy adventures when I'm feeling bored. I also enjoy reading and writing. I love to sleep and cook. One of my favorite hobbies or sports is playing chess. I've been playing since I was a kid, and I find it fascinating because it requires patience, good decision-making, strategic planning, and the willingness to sacrifice for the greater good. I can relate it to my life, as chess has taught me that one wrong move can lead to disaster unless you know how to handle it. It's taught me to approach life with patience and wisdom.

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. If you want to be an onboarder, join us in OCD's Discord Server and write your application in #onboarder-application channel. Your application must contain the following:

Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
