Community growth occurs when the leaders and members of the community see themselves as one big family rather than a hierarchical and tyrannical way where there is a boss and a follower.
As a community leader and curator, I spend most of my time on the created page of the Nigerian community #nigeria and I realise that posts keep trooping in uncontrollable 24 hours. This is actually something to be happy about, more so when it comes to the fact that Nigeria is one of the fastest growing community on steemit. I am glad to see this and I'm grateful to Nigerians for keeping and holding one another strong.
SPECIAL APPRECIATION
I cannot stop but to thank as many people that have spent their finance, time, strength and resources in making this community grow. Sacrifice has been the key spirit of the community. Special thanks to Everyone (I do not want to mention names so I won't be spamming lots of people) also, thank YOU i mean YOU

Emm.. I'm still fresh on this platform and so i don't exactly know you. Buh what drew me to make this comment is the fact that you've dedicated yourself to the growth of others and the Naija community as a whole and this is what i stand for. This is why i STEEM, to contribute in the little way i can to see someone else grow. Another thing that made me comment is the fact that you took some time-out to thank the people that should be thanking you. This in itself is ALPHALeadership.
I hope to get to know you and even better in a meet-up [if any comes up in – Lagos].
Thumbs up. Up Naija.
