OCD's support is expanding!

Hello everyone! This is the 1781st compilation post of OCD's latest curation efforts. It has been known that OCD has been supporting leading niche communities under its Community Incubation Program. However, there are still a lot of other niche communities not supported by OCD. This curation initiative will help in supporting those communities.

This newest curation effort aims to encourage authors to post in appropriate communities even if those communities are not under the incubation program. This will also encourage users to explore more into the different communities in Hive.

OCD curators and community leaders will find posts from other niche communities and recommend them for an upvote. Unlike those communities in the incubation program where curation is focused, this curation initiative is spread out. This will help find undervalued posts from smaller communities that deserve support.

This will highlight both the author and the community where the post is located. This way, smaller niche communities can focus on growing their subscribers and increasing the engagements within their respective communities. A small boost goes a long way.

Before diving into a little bit more about the history of the place featured on this blog, let me share how we ended up there because it was definitely not part of our plan. We traveled to Tacloban City on Tuesday morning to update my mom's PVAO pension. The weather was perfect, and there were no more signs of a tropical cyclone, which we recently experienced.

A pleasant day to all Hivers! I hope all is well today...

Last Saturday night, we had a video call with my daughter's best friend who is now living in Texas. Actually, she's not just a friend because we treat each other as a real family.

As we were catching up and talking about different topics, time flew by quickly. It was time for her to have her breakfast. That was around 9AM in her place, I think.

But even when she's eating, we still continued our conversation and then I asked her what she was eating for breakfast. It was a packed food which is ready to eat. She just had to re-heat it in the microwave oven.

Today I want to leave a little window open in this space to share with you a simple and quite moving song at the same time. Do you remember Rojo's beautiful song, "I love you more than my own life"? This melody, overflowing with passion and devotion, is a true hymn that connects our being with the thoughts of our God. Its lyrics invite us to immerse ourselves in the immensity of divine love and to express with gratitude all the blessings we receive.

In recent days I have had the privilege of rehearsing and putting together this song on my guitar. And I confess that it has been a rewarding experience. Each chord, each note, has been like a little water that refreshes me and brings me closer to that feeling of worship and surrender that the song intends. It is a pleasant sensation that sometimes leaves us that musical journey through faith, strengthening our connection with God in a way that we have never experienced before.

There are many things that make me smile, but I must admit that I laugh a lot with my husband, he is a very funny and cheerful person, and he is always making jokes to me even more when he knows I have had a hard day. My younger sister also makes me laugh a lot, she is very witty and is always teasing me and in the end we just laugh too much. I love comedies, I watch a lot of comedian podcasts while working or cooking, I always like to entertain myself with funny things that keep me connected with happiness, it's fundamental for me, and when I'm a bit sad is when I consume comedy content the most to remind me to always stay grateful with life.

I am glad to share my recipe for vegan barbecue sauce which I made for the first time. It may seem complicated with many ingredients, but making your own food means you know exactly what goes into it (eg. no additives, chemicals, or preservatives.) Taking the time and love to create your own food is definitely worth it!

Friends, the month of October is coming to an end. Cold has knocked on the mountains. Due to cold, the leaves of apple and cherry trees in the gardens have started turning yellow and falling. Due to cold, the green grass on the mountains visible in front has started drying. This morning I pluck apples from my garden. The name of this variety of apple which lasts till October end is Granny Smith. Among all the varieties, this apple is harvested last. It is green in appearance. It is completely ripe on the tree and is sweet and juicy to eat.

Carrots are a great way to incorporate vegetables into our diet without sacrificing the pleasure of enjoying a healthy sweet treat, combining perfectly with the crunchy texture of the nuts I added to these cookies: nuts, peanuts, almonds and raisins. All this is combined with the creaminess of the peanut butter, creating a smooth and flavorful result.

Good afternoon, friends! I hope you are having a great week. For my part, I am happy to stop by here to share a new creation with you. On this occasion I am sharing with you the step by step to make some cute bird magnets for the refrigerator. You know that I love to share two ideas to make a set of magnets, since sharing just one is almost never an option, and I say almost never because I have shared magnets that are a bit bigger and more elaborate that would give me two posts if I were a partner haha. So that is not the idea, the idea is to be able to share with you two fairly simple ideas that match to decorate the refrigerator.

In every human life, there must have been joy and sorrow. However, all humans have very different characters, and have different pleasures, my pleasure yesterday was enjoying the beauty of "Kuala Raja beach" which I visited with my friend, to relieve a very deep sense of boredom, and I found comfort at "Kuala Raja" beach.

Actually, pleasure can be obtained with anything, as long as we can enjoy it with full confidence, and when I am feeling sad, I can also travel to find peace outside, that's what I feel about finding peace in my life right now, which I am experiencing now.

Im at work, as is usual for me, since ive been working a lot in the past few years. Its a slightly less busy night here, as i just have 1 patient, instead of the usual 2. Im drinkin on a tea (Jasmine Tea), and thinkin about how i needed to do a post, and to think which topic i write about. Should it be the Hive games i play, or a BEER post (which i havent done for a while), or a Coffee post (but already did 1 in the past week) or....well....idk
