Malaysia's IHH Healthcare to invest Rs. 4000cr in Fortis healthcare

Fortis Healthcare said that on 13th July 2018 their board has accepted the bid offer from Malaysia's IHH Healthcare of Rs. 4000 Cr at the bid price of Rs.170/Share .
