Exclusive Interview With Birdchain CEO

Over the last couple weeks, we have been dropping hints that soon we will share something big. Which our CEO have delivered last week on Thursday during the live stream.

But if you have missed it here is a short recap.

Birdchain Product Update

Our initial focus was on A2P SMS and as you know SMS are extremely good for the transactional purposes since it is limited to text only. But what about promotional messages? Text is not enough! We need colors, images, videos, call-to-action buttons… And here is what we came up with:

P2P — Peer to Peer — advertisement!

Every user that has Birdchain App will not only be able to sell messages and earn income. Now app users will be able to receive promotional rich media content and get rewarded in BIRD tokens for that. They will also be offered to get additional — bigger — reward if they shared the message with friends and family who might find that information useful.

Birdchain users will be able to share the messages across different platforms like Whatsapp, Viber, Facebook, Twitter. This way the people with higher amount of friends could become in a mini advertisement agent that gets paid not only for viewing and sharing but also for anyone that buys using the ref link the user has shared.

Conferences Recap

As the majority of you probably already know Joao yes Joao has attended three conferences last week. One in Amsterdam — Bitcoin Wednesday, were he did a presentation about Birdchain and two in Dubai — Future Blockchain Summit & Futurama Blockchain Innovators Summit, where his key goals were to catch potential partners, contributors and open up new marketing channels.

All three conferences were a huge success. Joao came back with a backpack full of new contacts, relationships and ideas. Here is just a few names for you that he talked with Brock Pierce, Miko Matsumura, Henry Liu, Nycholas Merten, Gideon Van Kessel and many more.
