3 cups boiling water added to 1 cup sugar, stir , let cool to ensure sugar and water are mixed. ad one or 2 drops of red food coloring to enable you to see the level. they will come without the food coloring. This is not me doing it, although I have and also have lots of banana trees they feed from. You need to keep the feeders cleaned, or molds will grow because of the sugar and the birds will get sick if you dont. You can also add honey in place of sugar. I was going to make a video, but many others already have them on youtube.

Is that just water with sugar in it, or did you add other things to it to make it pink?
