Ikogosi warm spring is located in ikogosi town in ekiti west local government of ekiti state,southwest Nigeria. The vegetation surrounding the spring is thick Forest which protect the area from erosion.
The mysterious thing about the ikogosi warm spring is that a warm spring flow side by side with another cold spring the atractive and distincting thing about it is that at the meeting point of the two springs, each maintained its thermal identity. It is also believed to heal.
According to one the custodian of the springs, it is believed that hot and cold springs are two wives of a great hunter. One of the wivies was temperamental while the other was quite, they were never in good terms till dey died they were buried side by side and dey both formed the two springs...
What ever the case may be, the beauty of God's creation is seen in the mystery of ikogosi and many other mystery in the natural finominal
