I like the variety of uses you give for the plant. I'll have to try deep frying the leaves, never heard of that before.
This is good info to have for when hard times come and the wild foods and medicines may be the main foods you have available.
Heck! Why wait until then, start putting them into your diet now and save a bit on the grocery bill and benefit your health!
