I remember the first time i heard "Midnight Special" back when i was a kid....Heard it with CCR, john Fogerty, their rendition was great. But, as I began my musical journey I learned about Leadbelly and other greats, I was floored as I listened to the harmonies and soul captured by Leadbelly's recording.
