One can see that the judicial process today is actually the slave trade. Think I am wrong.

Look up the following.

PRINCIPAL
AGENT
ENTITY
PERSON

What you will find is that the only people being held responsible is all those who enter as defendants. Guilt or Innocence has nothing to do with it. So than you can look up the following and see that in the real world that is exactly what is happening.
