INTRODUCTION
The concept and philosophy of power and meaning contained positive thinking is an essential characteristic and assets which are owned and maintained by a real leader! If we consider a sports analogy, those who believe that they can win and wants the last shot (basketball analogy) athletes usually the possible winner and the pressure of people were concerned about the failure if the pressure mounts! If there are obstacles, there will inevitably be obstacles, and it still can be considered a problem or issue. Those who are problem-oriented thinking and thinking, to manage the business and control, as well as those who believe that the problems that must overcome to solution-oriented, forward, optimistic and positive advance.

THINKING PROBLEM
A) Negative attitude: Most people realize that it’s hard to achieve the most desired results. If you do not believe, you can! Let your perceived problems make you refuse to find the best, most efficient solutions because you think that something cannot be changed, or modified?
B) Fear: oriented: if we are afraid, our focus and concentration is limited. We spend more time on thinking than to find a solution and consider alternatives, options, and possibilities.
C) Losers: for the identification, qualification, training, and development of potential leaders; it has come to notice that those who focus on the problems always spend most of their time, attention and energy that makes excuses! In sports, I'm sure you have seen, for example, a tennis player, if he falls behind, rubbing his shoulder, holding back, or shows other signs of what is known as a loser!
D) Excusitis: One of my pet peeves, those pseudo-leaders who serve in leadership positions, this is what I call, urgent excuse! If someone focuses on reasons, he refutes the necessary energy and attention that would focus on finding quality solutions!

CHALLENGES
A) Positive attitude; when opinion begins, the call, not the problem, he is excited by the best results, and, instead of being afraid, enthusiastically performs beneficial solution! Significant leaders consistently maintained a positive, behavior!
B) Solve the problem: think about the obstacle as a challenge, who is looking for a solution, and believes that he can strengthen and improve the group as a result of his leadership! Real leaders focus on solutions!
C) Endurance - building; Energetic: As a leader requires perseverance, thinking is the best course, because it creates a higher level of stamina, increases energy and focuses!
CONCLUSION
As a leader, it is your choice, no matter fall to the side, thinking about problems or looking for obstacles as challenges to overcome and use! What will you be a real leader or pseudo-leader?
