안녕하세요.
지난번에 손님들오셔서 고추잡채를 만든적이 있는데 또 만들이 생겨서 이번에는 준비하는 사진을 찍어서 포스팅 해봅니다.
@honna 입니다.
- 재료 : 잡채용돼지고기, 피망, 양파, 파, 간장, 고추가루, 설탕, 굴소스, 물, 꽃빵
- 야채는 먹기 좋고 썰어주시면 됩니다. 소스는 소주잔 기준으로 만들었습니다.
간장 1/2, 굴소스 1/2, 설탕 1/5, 전분 1/4, 물 2컵
- 중국음식에는 파기름을 만들어서 해야 맛이납니다. 파가 살짝 익을때쯤 고기를 넣고 볶아주시다가 준비한 야채를 넣고 볶아줍니다.
- 준비한 소스를 한번에 다 넣지 마시고 간을 맛보면서 넣어주세요. 너무 많이 넣어버리면 짤수도 있습니다.
매콤한 맛을 추가 하고 싶으면 고추가루를 넣어서 쫄려주시면 됩니다.
- 마트에서 구매한 꽃빵을 추가해서 플레이팅했습니다. 힘들꺼 같지만 간단하니 주말에 만들어서 드셔보세요.
