하고싶은 일을 이루고 싶은 기본기중에 하나는 체력이 아닌가 싶다.
최근 일주일동안 꽤나 바쁜 스케줄을 소화하고있다.
그렇게 월 화 수 목을 달려오니 소셜에너지는 모두 고갈되고 머리가 멍~해진다.
평소에 그래도 약간씩 운동을 하고 있어서 체력이 좋아졌다 생각했는데
아직 턱없이 부족함을 느낀다 !
더 바빠지기 전에 삶의 기본기인 체력을 기를 수 있도록 노력해야지
그러고보면 시간은 한정되어 있는데 해야할 일들이 꽤나 많은 것 같다.
중요한 일들을 잊지 않도록 노력하자
