Today we see the LCVP with U.S. infantry by Italeri, one of the most beautiful models I've had in my hands in recent times. I hope you like this little model as much as I like it. Unfortunately, the realization will take a long time because the problem is not so much in the landing craft but in the realization of the soldiers and the accessories to put on them. A real challenge that will surely make me grow in quality.
History
The LCVP was the most used landing craft throughout the Second World War, not by chance during the Landing in Normandy 1089 were used.
As defensive armaments he used two machine guns .30 more 2 225-horsepower Gray Marine diesel engines or 2 250-horsepower Hall-Scott engines.

Oggi vediamo l' LCVP with U.S. infantry di Italeri, uno dei più bei modellini che ho avuto tra le mani negli ultimi tempi. Spero che questo modellino vi piaccia così quanto piace a me. La realizzazione purtroppo porterà via molto tempo poiché il problema non è tanto nel mezzo da sbarco ma nella realizzazione dei soldati e degli accessori da mettergli addosso. Una vera sfida che sicuramente mi farà crescere a livello qualitativo.
Storia
L' LCVP è stato il mezzo da sbarco più usato in tutta la Seconda guerra mondiale, non a caso durante lo Sbarco in Normandia ne vennero utilizzati ben 1089.
Come armamenti difensivi utilizzava due mitragliatrici .30 in più 2 motori Gray Marine a gasolio da 225 cavalli oppure 2 Hall-Scott a benzina da 250 hp.
