Introducing Myself

My name is Ekop Saviour Effiong I hail from Ibiono Ibom Local Government Area in Akwa Ibom State I'm a student at the University of Uyo studying industrial technology education I currently base at Akwa Ibom State due to my academic pursuit which has indeed been a great experience from the environment to the people and even the food, it has enabled me to learn both off and on campus about different ethnicity, people and characters.

I'm from a Christian home that upholds great values in individuals, they take not just education but also good ethics, behavior, and character towards other people very seriously, I've always been taught to take everybody as equals and that I'm not above anyone because we will all end up dying and it wouldn't matter at the beyond.

My hobbies include listening to songs, drawing, reading, taking pictures of nature, and playing games that could make me engage my friends such as Chess, scrabble, and COD(call of duty). The genres of songs I listen to are Afro-pop and a little bit of reggae, Lucky Dube to be precise. As for Afro, I'm a big fan of Burna Boy 🔥

When it comes to my traits I believe to find myself Fair-minded, I have a strong sense of justice and fairness. I value equality and strive to treat others with respect and kindness, regardless of differences. I often strive to find fair and balanced solutions that satisfy all parties involved which makes me diplomatic. I'm drawn to beauty and elegance in all aspects of life, including art, fashion, and home décor you can say I'm aesthetic and lastly not to tune my horns but I would also call myself charming, I possess a natural charm and charisma that makes it easy for me to make people feel comfortable and appreciated when they are around me.

Possessing all these traits doesn't make me a better person as I have a few traits I often don't like calling a weakness but I see as a challenge that I can overcome such as being shy and indecisive, I struggle with decision-making and weighing options excessively and often seek input from others before making a choice, but I believe spotting a challenge is a big step in tackling and overcoming those challenges.

Diving into and accepting the web3 Blockchain wasn't that hard for me when introduced to me by my brother @miztajovial as I already have foreknowledge about the world of web immediately he introduced it to me I picked up interest to how it works, yes I've had doubt on how legit it is but after he had shown me the transparency and how open it is, all my doubts were immediately cleared, I believe it's a platform that develops and helps individuals discover their skill and also helps them in utilizing those skills. I hope the community accepts and also allows me to harness and discover my skills.

Welcome brov!

Thanks brother🙏

Welcome to the best web3 network ever. Have fun around here!

Sure I will have fun, really appreciate your kind gesture

Welcome to the Hive community @king.saviour!

I would strongly recommend that you write across the bottom of that other "intro" post you published and say "DO NOT UPVOTE!!!" as it is copy/pasting posts and republishing, that is called "recycling old material" and is really frowned upon by the community, and subjects your posts to downvotes and /or worse, @king.saviour.

We sincerely hope you find everything you are looking for and have found a new home here.

Seven suggestions to consider:

  1. Guard your passwords carefully, and only publish with the posting key,
  2. Use your active key only for wallet transactions, Keychain, Peaklock, and Hivesigner,
  3. The master password and the owner key are only used to reset compromised passwords,
  4. DO NOT lose your password or keys; copy and store offline,
  5. Do not publish other people's work, be it photos or written, without credit, and be sure to source all of your work, even if it is your own.
  6. An introduceyourself tag is used only once , and
  7. DO NOT OPEN any links in memos or comments that you do not know who they belong to. If it sounds too good to be true it probably is, so the old saying goes. There is nothing free here.

I found you because @brittandjosie and @jamerussell from @heyhaveyamet presented and promoted your publication to get more exposure and help you grow faster.

If you find yourself overwhelmed and need some guidance, or if you have any questions, there are informed Hiveans available who can help you; you can click to go to The Terminal in Discord here:

Thanks🙏,I would look into what you said, it was due to poor internet connection I sent the intro twice

You've come to a wonderful place where you can develop any interest you can think of. The limit is up to you!
The learning curve is steep at first, but ask any questions you have, read and observe.
