My Name is Matthias, i'm from Germany.
I love growing my own food and i'm always interested in learning different ways to grow new fruit and vegetable varities.
I grow about 25 different Tomato varities alone ranging from red, yellow, black, green and orange colors, over different shapes and most importantly different flavours. I mean if you put all this effort into growing your own food you want to have something that actually tastes better then your average vegetables at the supermarket. This is one of the varities i grow. It is called "Zapotec" a very old variety from Mexico. The fruits have far less seeds or water in them, which makes them the perfect variety for stuffed tomato recipes.
