I met this discipline at the age of 15 years old, at that time I was doing martial arts and boxing until I was 20 years old; I started Armwrestling 9 months ago in Maracay, Aragua. I did the basic exercises which are pronation, rising, cupping, and supination. This sport, which is called Armwrestling, consists of bending your opponent inside the pulse table with your elbows resting on the surface and your arms crossed. Specific exercises are done to improve your performance along with techniques that are applied during wrestling and practice.

When I started in the year 2020 I could only do some push-up, but my training was really inconsistent and undisciplined in those years, already in July 2022 I disciplined myself to train the basic exercises of Calisthenia since in those years, in my community they opened a new PARK that allowed me to begin with this discipline; In the month of December he began to call me the FreStyle and static modality and in those moments I started training my first progressions of Front Lever, and throughout this time I have been maturing and learning more and more about training methods.

When the first wave of COVID-19 hit, I had come to India to take care of my seriously ill mother. During this time, the lockdown was imposed, grounding all flights, and I couldn't return to Riyadh.
