Hello all,

The last few days, we've seen huge gains in the crypto markets. First Bitcoin went up hugely on Monday and shortly thereafter alts like Ethereum surged as well. Last (European) night even Hive pumped hugely (more than 50%). An interesting time to check on the gains I made from it and to decide what the investment plan should be the coming time.

Personal gains

Since the start of this month, which I always use to benchmark my progress, I've made about €6,500 in BTC and ETH alone as can be seen from the two screenshots below.

Since my weekly Hive update from Monday, I made about $1,200 because of the higher Hive price itself. Besides that, My Hive related tokens (like SPI and Leo) are up as well.

Actions so far

On Monday, when the Bitcoin price reached $82,000, I decided to sell off 25% of my stake. This seems like a fair share, both to be able to lock in some profit and to still be able the ride a possible further surge. I also put in place some limit sell orders for when the price might reach higher highs.
For Ethereum the story is slightly different. I staked all of it and have to wait about two weeks to be able to sell it. I now unstaked about 25%, but am thinking of unstaking all, just to be able to be trade as I want.

Next steps

Because of the sell off, I now have about €4,500 at hand to do whatever I feel like. I'm currently thinking about my next steps, both for the cash and the crypto I own. On the one hand, there might be a scenario where I sell off all of my current assets and either invest them somewhere else or leave them on hand to be able to profit from lower prices in the future. I might also decide to keep most holdings, since I don't have a straightforward use, like buying stuff I want or need or seeing other investment opportunities.

I'm pretty curious about how the community thinks about the recent events. Therefore some questions for you all:

• What is your personal reasoning of what's happening right now? Is this the final push of the long running bull market or just the beginnen?
• What actions do you take or plan to profit the most of it?
• Are you planning on investing more because you expect much more price action to the upside or are you locking in some profit just like I did so far?
