WHAT IS SHARERING?

ShareRing is the first trusted token made for sharing-oriented activities. Have you heard about Uber or AIRBNB? The point of ShareRing is similar of those applications, but with a broader spectrum of usages and goal – it could be anything. We might just be able to call it “The Amazon of Sharing,” because eventually, every sharing service will be in it.

CURRENT PROBLEMS

There are tons of sharing-based applications in the world, ranging from ridesharing apps to location sharing, and many more. Problems with those provider and apps are there are simply too many providers or apps for a specific service, making users inadvertently indecisive and causing confusion to choose which one is the right service provider for them.

Furthermore, some of sharing services apps is accessible for locals only. To add, sometimes users are being faced with tedious payment system – like an instance where customers are obliged to conduct payment with specific, local currency – which might add complexity (and perhaps, more money to spend).

For different apps we are required to sign up one-at-a-time with different accounts, of course – this is not new. However, in terms of security, how do we know that the application in which we’re active users of it is not abusing our data? Imagine this – if we want to travel abroad, say, for vacation, we would’ve wanted the service for our necessities that is safe, comfortable, and at a reasonable price.

SOLUTION

ShareRing will ease our access to all the services we need. There also will be an application for smartphones to integrate all ShareRing services – eliminating our need to install and sign up on multiple apps, making access wherever and whenever to become possible. Said ShareRing app is currently under development, and once it’s available everyone that uses it will be able to see all the sharing services around them.

ShareRing uses specifically designed blockchain distribution called ShareLedger. Within in, there will be two running token mechanism, which are:

  1. ShareToker (SHR) – Utility token, used as a propeller a service transaction to be written on ShareLedger,

  2. SharePay (SHRP) – Currency used to pay services we used in the ShareRing platform.

To put it simply, SharePay is meant for us users to conduct transactions in the ShareRing platform, while ShareToken is used by sharing services provider or third party in the ShareRing for administrative needs.) The interesting thing here is that users or customers are not required to have in-depth knowledge of cryptocurrency in order to use ShareRing. All of those advantages are added by the payment method that needs only one type of currency for every transaction, which is the SHR. This is expected to reduce our spending for every payment, compared to the fact that additional spending would be required every time we do currency exchanges.

TEAM

The team of ShareRing is consisted of experienced professionals in the sharing-services industry and in the blockchain techonology. The CEO, Tim Bos, once established the ridesharing company Keaz in 2013 which has multiple offices in several countries, among them is Australia, Vietnam, Hong Kong, and United States.

TOKEN SALE

With the total of 4 billion tokens – estimated around US$ 48 million – 60% of it is allocated for sales, 1% for airdrop, 10% for advisor, 5% for bounty, and 24% for ShareRing platform. Pre sale already ended.
The main sale offering will be reduced reduced from 20 million to 10 million.

CONCLUSION

Currently we may have a lot of sharing services applications, but they are accompanied by the fact that said services might be suffering from lack of variation or being too segmented. There are times when people need another kind of services, such as renting suits for attending parties, hiring a babysitter – things that may be mundane but otherwise not found on the even sharing services giants like Uber or AIRBNB. Of course, those “giants” have a focused type service, after all, and that was natural. This presented the now-no-longer-impossible, fresh chance for the presence of “The Amazon of Sharing Services” – The ShareRing – backed by an experienced team who’ve dealt with sharing services and blockchain industry.
