Great post...Personally for me it is difficult to change my diet fundamentally..so I decided to do it step by step...for 6 months now I only eat fish meat...when I was eating dark meat(ship,cow) my stomach felt so heavy and didn't digest so well...but once I stop eating dark meat I feel better...changing your diet it is long and difficult road...but it worth it :)
