Did you know having a pet helps us mentally?
I didn't know this not until I had a cat of my own.
Cats can be our emotional support animal. I have found out that they help those who are suffering from depression, anxiety, or other mental illnesses.
There are times when I am home by myself I talk to my cat a lot. haha yeah, I know what your thinking, and NOOO I'm not going crazy! haha
It actually brightens my day. I feel like I have a friend over and I just keep talking. lol.
I don't think much about problems anymore plus I don't get bored easily, my cat does a lot of funny things at home. :) From now on, whenever I can post about my cat, I will share some of his funny videos in here.
