ok, need clarification...

usually "all-inclusive" in Mexico means ALL-inclusive - one price covers room, food, everything.

though guessing this not the case here, given tickets are already separate from room at the start.

so, what exactly does "all-inclusive" mean in this case?

like, ALL food for ALL meals during the whole conference included with tickets?

also, the website doesn't seem to describe what the difference is between the various tier packages. where can i find that info...?
