Every year...
Whenever Google releases its most searched terms...
One question remains constant on the list.
And what is that?
How to make money online
This shouldn't be surprising.
Here's why:
95% of people would love to sit in the comfort of their homes and earn money online.
However, the truth is, while this possible, only a handful of people are willing to put in the required amount of work to make it happen.
Because trust me, there's work involved (at least at the beginning)
So, if you are one of those people that search for how to make money online...
Today is your lucky day.
In a bit, I'm going to reveal three smart ways to make money online in 2021 and beyond...
But first, here's something you should know:
Making money online requires hardwork and patience.
It's not a get-rich-quick scheme.
But the long-term rewards are endless.
Once you nail it, you are set for life.
So, if you are ready to put in work, let's dive right in.
Learn a Digital Skill:
I can overemphasize this enough.
The world has gone beyond university certificates.
People now want people with digital skills.
I mean, I have two degrees but I can't remember the last time someone asked me for them.
All they want to know is how I can use my skills to help them achieve their goals.
If you can learn one or two high-demand digital skills and become freaking good at it...
You'd never have to worry about sending your CV to anyone again.
The best part?
You can start serving local and foreign clients from the comfort of your home.
Here are some examples of digital skills you can learn:
- Copywriting
- Web design
- UI/UX design
- Data science
- Digital marketing
- Software development
- Video editing
- 3D animation
And lots more
With Google, YouTube, and many other free online learning platforms...
The internet has made it possible to learn anything at your own pace.
You literally have no excuse!
Create and Sell Information Products
Since time immemorial, humans have always had problems that need solutions.
So taking advantage of this is another smart way to make money online.
Here's what I mean:
If you go on Facebook groups, social media, forums, or Google...
You would see plenty of questions people are asking about one thing or the other.
All you have to do is research the answers to these questions, package them into a PDF and sell.
Why does this work?
People don't want to go through long processes to get rid of their problems.
They need something that works like charm without minding how much it costs.
For example...
There are lots of people who want to lose weight without going to the gym.
So if you can research a way to make it happen (and it works), then package it as an information product and sell...
You will make a shitload of money.
I know someone doing this (and he is cashing out daily)
There are thousands of existing problems like these.
Do Your Own Research!
Become an Affiliate Marketer (my favourite)
This is similar to the second method.
But instead of creating a product from scratch...
You only need to help other people promote their digital products and you get a commission on it.
This is much easier because you are more focused on the marketing aspect.
And there are lots of platforms that make it easy to promote affiliate products and get paid.
The drawback is most of them don't accept Nigerians.
But here's the good news:
We have an affiliate platform in Nigeria called Expertnaire.
In it, you'd find a host of interesting products you can promote and earn as much as 50% commission on them.
Imagine earning as much as N50,000 for referring one person to a course.
Now do the maths for 10 people.
Anyways, there you have it!
I've shown you three smart ways to make money online in 2021.
And right now, I can't think of any other easier and legitimate way than these.
But like I mentioned earlier, it requires patience and hard work to make it a consistent source of income.
Enough to make you financially independent.
And if you don't have what it takes...
Then you are better off competing with thousands of graduates for the same non-existent jobs in the labour market.
The ball is in your court...
I've played my part.
