Now back tot he morning blues, something people struggle with gettign up and gettign started for the day and can be described as

"The morning blues is a term used to describe the negative feelings that some people experience at the start of the week. It can feel like depression, with symptoms such as: Sadness, Anxiety, Lack of interest, Lack of energy, and Crankiness"

now being an early mornign person I wake and want to get up and moving so by that definition I do not suffer with the morning blues, but this time of year when its to cold for me to go out for a photo walk, I do get frustrated, perhaps not the morning blues but the winter blues and feeling my age and being sensible and not going for walks when the temp is close to freezing

I did get out for a walk around sunset yesterday it was about 5 above freezing point and I went to a beach here, the wind bit right through me and I was feeling the cold so it ended up being a short walk

I am still trying to get my steps in each day if I do nto get out for a walk I do steps around the house and have started working out with a VR app that builds up more of a sweat than my photo walks do so is possible physically better for me, but I do feel so much better when I start the day with a nice outdoor walk
