I don't know the size of the property, but I remember hearing that the price is around $65,000, but that's illusory. Here, properties take years to sell (when they do, because I know of some that have been for sale for decades and nothing happens), and generally the sale prices are much lower than what the owners originally proposed. Here, the agricultural business is very difficult now, and large investments are needed to obtain profits that, frankly, aren't very significant 🤷♂...
