The heat of the sun had been so intense in the previous months that it dried the water and leaves. Thankfully, now raindrops are showering this wonderful environment, and it has returned to its usual green color. So, I was just strolling at the farm with my phone, appreciating the beauty of nature. I love capturing the essence of the moment through taking pictures anytime and anywhere. It feels like therapy for me, allowing me to preserve fleeting beauty and cherish every little moment forever.
With these healthy cogon grass bearing flowers, memories suddenly flashed back in my mind. This is what we used to play when we were kids. We'd like to get the flowers and blow them up in the air as if they were snow. We'd love to collect as many as we can and form them into a bouquet. We'd love to get many of these and slap them on each other's faces hahahahaha.
Here, this doggo, who I can't forget, attacked our chicken and my furbaby at the farm, hahaha. His name is Whitey. He's a mixed color of brown and white. He's owned by my tatay, the husband of my father's older sister. As for that incident with my furbaby, I think he just got mad at that time because my cousin shooed him away when he was already starting to get mad with my dog because my tatay has been standing closely to my furbaby, petting him. I believe he was either jealous or got so overprotective. I took a photo of him because he's actually a cute dog. He's not that harmful but he's also not that sweet. Only tatay could pet him. He was here at the farm with tatay. Whenever we see him roaming around, it means that tatay was also there. Wherever tatay goes, Whitey comes around.
Here comes the carabao, enjoying the green grass. I haven't ridden a carabao even once. I almost tried when I was young, but I fell down before getting on its back, hahahaha. I'm happy that the green grasses are back as well! I was too sad for them when the heat index was too high. I feel that they couldn't get enough food.
Here just looking at the peanuts. There's actually many farms here, mostly owned by my relatives. We also have our parents' farm with corn and peanuts. I absolutely love the view here especially during afternoon when the sun sets.
One of my most favorite of all time is watching the sunset view. It's a soothing experience to just watch this every late in the afternoon. While I was gently taking these photos, all I could hear was the chirping of the birds. It's very therapeutic. It's therapeutic in a way that I couldn't ask for more.
Relate much! This is the way I am living
